[Agricultural Machinery Network Exhibition News] With the theme of “Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Leads Agricultural Modernization”, the 2025 National Agricultural Machinery Exhibition (referred to as: 2025 National Agricultural Machinery Exhibition) will be held from March 21 to 23, 2025 at the Zhumadian International Convention and Exhibition Center, and invites all the relevant units to visit and exchange ideas.
In order to provide effective services to the majority of exhibitors, to ensure that the “National Agricultural Machinery Exhibition” is carried out in a safe and orderly manner, specially formulated this “Exhibitor Manual”, hope that your participation in the exhibition will be helpful.

Arrangement of exhibits:
Exhibitors: All on-site will enter the exhibition hall according to the specified time by presenting the Exhibitor's Certificate. Exhibit vehicles will enter the exhibition hall according to the specified time and route with the Exhibitor's Cargo Pass and follow the guide signs in an orderly manner, and shall not stop at will; loading and unloading of goods shall be carried out in the designated loading and unloading area.
Builders: Go to the Special Decoration Management Office to apply for the “Construction Certificate” and “Building Van Entry Permit” at the specified time and route to enter the exhibition site for work.
Exhibition Period:
All exhibitors will enter and exit the exhibition grounds with the Exhibitor's Pass. 08:00 start to enter the exhibition halls and 17:30 close the halls.
During the exhibition period, at least one person from each exhibitor will stay at the booth and take care of the items in his/her booth. Please do not leave your booth too soon before closing time. Please wait until the security guards have cleared your booth before leaving.
Dismantling:
Exhibitors should go to the General Service Office at the time of notification with their Booth Badge to have it stamped with a withdrawal stamp, and leave the exhibition hall with their exhibits. Exhibitors are requested to take care of their belongings during move-out to avoid loss or damage. Exhibits sold on-site during the exhibition period can only be checked out by exhibitors after the closing of the exhibition hall on the same day, and are not allowed to leave the exhibition hall at other times.

Certificate Management
The Exhibitor's Badge is an important certificate for exhibitors to enter their booths for setup and removal of exhibits. Exhibitors should keep it in a safe place and are strictly prohibited from selling or lending it to other exhibitors.
The Exhibitor's Certificate is the proof of access for exhibitors' staff and is strictly prohibited to be transferred, and exhibitors should carry it with them when entering or leaving the exhibition hall.
The Exhibitor's Cargo Pass is a certificate for exhibitors to transport their exhibits in and out of Zhumadian City, which is produced and stamped by the traffic management department of Zhumadian City and used by exhibitors with their vehicles, and is issued by the Organizing Committee according to the needs of exhibitors.
The organizing committee will issue exhibits according to the needs of exhibitors. The exhibition materials will be provided to exhibitors free of charge according to the stipulated quantity, including the catalogue, information bag, etc., which will be available to exhibitors at the General Service Office of the General Assembly at any time during the exhibition period with the booth certificate.
Advertisement Management Regulations
All kinds of advertisements at the exhibition must comply with the State Advertising Law and related regulations, and be uniformly planned, supervised, implemented and managed by the organizer. Exhibitors shall not place advertisements in their own booths that exceed the length and width of their booths, exceed the height of their booths, or affect neighboring booths.
Management of Special Decoration
(1) The organizer commissions Beijing Guoji Lianchuang Exhibition Technology Service Co., Ltd. to be the main venue operator of the National Agricultural Machinery Exhibition and be responsible for the management of special installation and on-site services. During the exhibition, a special equipment management office will be set up to provide exhibitors with special equipment construction, electricity arrangements, construction management and on-site services.
(2) In order to strengthen the on-site management of the National Agricultural Machinery Exhibition and ensure that the exhibition is conducted in a safe and orderly manner. (3) All exhibitors and builders must strictly abide by the relevant management regulations of the State, the Organizer, the host service provider and the exhibition halls, obey the management of on-site staff, ensure the safety and quality of the construction, and bear full responsibility for any safety accidents arising from the violation of the “Measures for the Management of Special Installations”. The Organizer and the relevant departments reserve the right to re-examine the building plans submitted by exhibitors and builders, or to entrust a third-party to examine and modify the building plans. Standard Booth Management Regulations
(1) Standard booths will be constructed by the Organizer's designated contractor, and the basic structure will consist of a standard white frame and hoarding. Facilities and the use of water, electricity and gas arising from the exhibitor's need for additional parts shall be declared to the main venue operator in advance, and all costs incurred as a result shall be borne by the exhibitor.
(2) Without the consent of the Organizer and the Main Venue Operator, no alterations or additions may be made to the structure of the standard stand, including the painting of wall panels and the sticking of wallpaper, and nailing and drilling are not permitted; if assistance is required in the hanging or displaying of exhibits, the consent of the Main Venue Operator must be obtained before the work is carried out.
(3) Two fascia boards are produced by default for corner booths (two-sided booths). Exhibitors need to contact the designated construction unit if they have other needs.
(4) Fascia lettering includes the company name and booth number of the booth ordered at no extra charge.
(5) There are no fee reductions for unused portions of the standard booth configuration. In order to ensure the on-site order and the effect of display and visit, non-agricultural machinery products are not allowed to exhibit in the indoor exhibition area, once found, the organizer will clear the field, and the resulting economic and other losses will be the responsibility of the offending unit.
